Newsletter subscriptions

When you request our newsletter or free guides, we use your email address to send a confirmation message. Publication emails begin after you confirm. We keep your subscription status, signup source, preferences, and records needed to operate the subscription and prevent duplicate welcome messages.

Listmonk manages subscriptions, n8n runs subscription workflows, and Resend delivers email. Delivery failures and complaints are used to stop further mail to addresses that cannot or do not want to receive it.

Website use

Our website uses Matomo analytics to understand page visits and link use. Our hosting and security services also process technical request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a publication email. Unsubscribing from EmpowerTrip does not change your subscriptions to other publications. We may retain a suppression record so we can honor your choice and avoid sending unwanted messages.

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify a request before changing a subscription or disclosing records.

Service providers and retention

The services that host our website, operate our workflows, provide analytics, and deliver email process information for those purposes. We retain subscription and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor preferences, resolve delivery problems, and meet applicable obligations.
